Payment Policy – Daisy Babies Lactation LLC

Daisy Babies Lactation LLC is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing for a package or service. By scheduling services, I agree to pay the fee listed for the selected appointment, class, membership, or package.

Daisy Babies Lactation LLC does not guarantee insurance reimbursement and does not bill insurance on my behalf unless expressly stated in writing. Upon request, a receipt may be provided for my records. I understand that reimbursement, if available, is determined by my insurance plan and is not guaranteed by Daisy Babies Lactation LLC.

A valid payment method may be required to reserve an appointment or enroll in a package. I authorize Daisy Babies Lactation LLC to charge the payment method provided for scheduled services, agreed-upon package payments, applicable cancellation or no-show fees, and any additional services I specifically request or approve.

Appointments and Home Visits: Payment for individual visits is due at booking or no later than the time services are provided. If additional time is requested and available beyond the scheduled appointment length, additional fees will be discussed and approved before being charged.

Packages and Concierge Support: Package fees cover only the services specifically described in the purchased package. Unless otherwise stated in writing, unused included visits, messaging access, hours, or educational materials are not refundable or transferable. Services requested beyond the package inclusions will be billed separately with my approval.

Classes and Digital Education: Fees for classes, digital courses, downloadable resources, and educational materials are nonrefundable once access has been provided or materials have been delivered, except where required by law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $ 35 cancellation fee. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled after the scheduled start time may be charged the full fee. Exceptions may be considered for delivery, hospitalization, infant illness, maternal illness, emergencies, or severe weather at the discretion of Daisy Babies Lactation LLC.

Late Arrival: If I arrive late or am unavailable at the scheduled start time, the visit may be shortened so that other scheduled clients are not affected. The full scheduled fee may still apply.

In-Home Visits and Travel: In-home services are available only within the designated service area unless otherwise approved. Any travel fee, parking fee, toll, or extended-distance fee will be disclosed before booking or before services are provided.

Messaging Support: Messaging support, when included in a purchased package, is intended for non-urgent breastfeeding education, encouragement, and follow-up questions within the stated support period. Messaging is not monitored continuously and is not appropriate for urgent or emergency concerns. Additional visits or referrals may be recommended when concerns cannot be safely addressed through messaging.

Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services already completed, time already reserved and subject to the cancellation policy, digital materials already accessed, or package benefits already used. Any approved refund will be determined by Daisy Babies Lactation LLC in accordance with the purchased service agreement and applicable law.

Payment Responsibility: I understand that I am financially responsible for all fees associated with services I schedule or authorize for myself and/or my child. By signing electronically, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this payment policy.
